The Analog Game of S-K-A-T-E was held at the Dunedin Town Skatepark on Wednesday 14th of April 2010.
The competitors were competing for this prize; a solid gold polycarbonate trophy and being able to call themselves Dunedin S-K-A-T-E Champion for 2010.

These two gentlemen were running the game; James from Analog and Craig from Quest Dunedin.

A quick guide to the rules of the game; “No fighting or eye-gouging”.

The crowd waits in anticipation at this historic event.

Rock, paper, scissors.

Game on.

Some words from Craig on the megaphone about hair pulling and shoulder barging.

The excited crowd looks on expectantly.

Harris is pulling out all the stops.

Possibly the deciding match. The first round match between two competition favourites; Dolph and Lowrey. Bad luck if you were one of the other two in the match.

Lots of heavy phone action from Leon to S-K-A-T-E HQ concerning the worlds hardest skateboarding trick and does it conform to Berrics rules.

That cleared up; more paper, rock, scissors. Sometimes this decides who wins the game.

More crowd action.

More rock, paper, scissors.

More battling.

Pointing out who’s who, and whose tricks don’t pop.

Rock, paper, scissors for the semi-final as the light fades.

Second place getter Michael Robertson inspecting the solid gold polycarbonate prize.

And the winner Sam Lowrey; “proud moment.”

To the victor go the spoils.

Another fun day brought to you by James from Analog and Craig from Quest. Thanks guys. Now back to training for next years match up. Anyone want a game?
