Halloween has been and gone. In Dunedin there was a bowl jam at the town park.
Levi wrote about it on his blog that you can read here and here.
The clip is done and up. It was filmed by Morph and Zack Gray, and edited by Morph.
In Auckland they also held an event, and there is a corresponding clip.

More than a week ago now, we went to the 2011 Cheapskates Canterbury Skateboarding Regionals that were held in Christchurch. There is an article on the Skate Skool site with the results and some excellent pictures of the competitors by Andy Brown. The event was well run, with Christchurch putting on some good weather for the occasion.
The placings were:

2nd – Will Hobbs (Christchurch)
3rd – Sean Burgess (Ashburton)

2nd – Tom Galligan (Christchurch)
3rd – Isaak Calvert (Greymouth)
13 & Under
1st – Cade Wilson-Russ (Greymouth)
2nd – Dan Kelcher (Christchurch)
3rd – Daniel Bridgeman (Dunedin)
Girls

2nd – Mikayla Gilmore (Christchurch)
Best Trick
Billy Mclachlan
It’s taken a while to for me to get the footage from the day processed. The editing didn’t take too long but finding out how to render the 1080i footage into 720p in a size that was easy to upload and didn’t suffer too much from compression was more difficult. Anyway for those of you that were there and want to see your run or those who weren’t there and want to see how the skaters performed, below is the finals of all three sections and the best trick from the day.
